Refund policy

The products have a 14-day return right, as dictated by the consumer protection law, exluding the made-to-order laser-marked products . The returned products have be unused and undamaged, and they have to be returned in their own sales package. 

Before the return, please contact our customer service by email: asiakaspalvelu@kupilka.fi. The customer will pay all the delivery charges of the return. Kupilka/Plasthill Oy will refund the whole price of the returned products with the original payment method after the parcel arrives. 

Keep the receipt given from sending the parcel. In case the returned products would disappear on it's way and there is no receipt, the responsibility will be on the customer. The receipt proves that the carrier has received the package for delivery and hence the responsibility moves over to them.

Take into account that Matkahuolto and Posti will storage packages for 7 days and after that are returned to the sender. An order not picked is not same thing as cancelled order and for every parcel returning us we will reduce 12 € as freight and handling costs. Kupilka/Plashtill Oy will refund the rest of the money with the original payment method.
