Right of Order Cancellation

Consumer customers have the right, in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing any specific reason. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you notify us of your decision before the cancellation period expires.

The cancellation may apply to the entire order or only part of it. Please note that the right of cancellation does not apply to personalized products ordered with laser engraving.

How to Submit a Cancellation Notice

You can notify us of order cancellation directly HERE or by sending us an email to customerservice@kupilka.fi. You will receive further instructions by email within two business days of your notification.

Returning the Products

If you have received an order confirmation from our online store, or already received the products, you must return the items included in the cancellation in saleable condition.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. After you have notified us of the cancellation, we will provide you with a Posti contract number. Using this number, you can return the products via a Posti service point to be sent back to us (within Finland).

Please keep the receipt or tracking number from this shipment. If a returned items is lost in transit and you do not have a receipt, the sender is responsible. The receipt serves as a proof that the carrier has accepted the shipment, after which responsibility transfers to carrier.

Please note that unclaimed shipment does not constitute a cancellation. For all unclaimed shipments returned to us, we will deduct €15,00 to cover shipping and handling costs.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed after we have received the returned products. We will deduct a return cost of €6,90 from all returned orders. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method via the Paytrail payment service.

If you return all items in your order, we will also refund the (possible) original shipping costs.

If you return only part of your order, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

For unclaimed orders, we will deduct €15,00 for shipping and handling.
