Terms of service
1. General terms
The Kupilka.fi web shop is owned and run by Plasthill Oy (1064726-2). These contract terms will be applied in the commercial sales relationship between Plasthill Oy and it´s customers. Plasthill Oy holds the right to change these contract terms unilaterally without previous notice.
Valid and accepted contract terms will be applied to the orders. Plasthill Oy will not be responsible for damage caused by force majeure hindrances. These hindrances are, for example, unpredictable factors or conditions, to which Plasthill Oy cannot influence by it´s own action, and which cannot be reasonably solved. Plasthill Oy is obliged to inform the customer immediately if such hindrances should arise.
2. The customer
Plasthill Oy sells products under the Kupilka brand to consumers and company clients. You have to be 15 years or older to be able to purchase from our web shop. Those under 18 years old can only pay their purchases via online payment. We follow the general e-commerce and direct sales laws and regulations.
It is the customer´s duty to give at minimum the following contact information when placing the order: name, address, phone number and email address for delivering the order and the adjoined documents. Plasthill Oy is not responsible for delays caused by unpredictable changes, but is, however, obliged to inform the customer about the delays immediately.
3. Data protection
The customer data is saved in the customer register run by Plasthill Oy, the data is used to managing customer relationships. As dictated by the personal data law, the register information is visible at: https://kupilka.fi/rekisteri-ja-tietosuojaseloste. Plasthill Oy does not give the address information to third parties for direct marketing. The customer can deny the use and handling of his/her data for marketing purposes by contacting the customer service run by Plasthill Oy. The Kupilka website uses cookies. The cookies are used to enhance and speed up the customer process, and they can be used for delivering offers, personal discounts and product recommendations. The customer can deny the use of cookies from his/her browser.
4. Prices, warranty, products
The prices of the Kupilka online store are in euros (€) and they include VAT 24%. The warranty of the products is determined by the warranty conditions of the manufacturer. The product and delivery prices are updated regularly in our online store. We reserve the right to check and correct errors in prices, that are the result of technical and human mistakes
The order can be divided into several shipments if necessary. We will deliver the later arriving products without charge. Regarding products on sale, we reserve the right to deliver 1 piece / customer. We also reserve the right to not deliver an order if the product information contained an error in the price (for example a product with no price at all), or if the product or it´s replacement product is no longer available (this situation arrives occasionally as search engines save old product information). In case you want more information about the delivery conditions of our web shop, you can contact us. We reserve the right not to deliver products to retailers.
5. Returns and reclamations
The products have a 14-day return right, as dictated by the consumer protection law, not with-standing laser-engraved products made to order. We would like you to notice that laser-engraved products do not have a return right. The returned products have to be unused and undamaged, and they have to be returned in their own sales package. Plasthill Oy will refund the whole price of the returned product. The customer will pay the delivery charges of the return. Before the return, please contact our customer service at: asiakaspalvelu@kupilka.fi. When you return the product via Posti, you will have to ask for a receipt, which you have to keep. In case the returned product would disappear on it´s way, and there is no receipt, the responsibility will be on the customer, who sent it out. The receipt proves that Posti has received the package for delivery and hence the responsibility moves over to Posti.
6. Dispute
We will try to solve disputes in favor of the customer. However, in case a mutual understanding cannot be found, we will follow the recommendations by the Consumer Disputes Board.
