Materials

Kareline® Natural Fibre Composite: Kupilka's own custom material, made with EKOenergy in Finland. It consists of 50 % sofwood-based fibres from certified forests and 50 % food-grade polyolefins. Total biobased-level of material is 62 %. BPA-free material.

Jute cord and reindeer leather cord: Reindeer leather is uniquely soft, thin and durable. It is considered to be an ethical option as reindeer live most of their lives free and the leather is obtained as a by-product of food production.

Packaging: High quality, ecological and insightful gift boxes made by local Kolo Design Oy, manufactured from Finnish plywood. Patented hinge method allows to assemble the cases without glue, screws or tools.

Please note that we deliver online store orders within Finland only. Normal delivery time 3-5 working days, for the made-to-order laser-marked products 5-7 working days.

Adventurer's Great Companion - Designed and Made in Finland

Energy: The company uses EKOenergy-labelled electricity from renewable sources in all its operations. In addition, solar panels installed on the roof of the company's premises generate 10 % of its energy needs.

Materials: The products are made from natural fibre composite, combining the best qualities of wood and plastic. The wood used comes from certified forests. The bio-based content of the products is at least 50 %.

Durable and versatile products: Kupilka products are designed and manufactured to withstand adventures for years. Each item ages beautifully with a natural patina while retaining its functionality.

At the end of their long life cycle, the products can be recycled, incinerated for thermal energy, or returned to the manufacturer for reuse.
